I met Karan during Shaolin Warrior Program at The Shaolin Temple in China. I was amazed with his skills and technique as well as his dedication to the art and body (as the concept) development. I am a martial artist myself and from my experience I know how body can become stiff and lose it’s mobility during the training – specially when growing older. We have started to work together with Karan on my body strength and mobility a little bit over two years ago. With a clear conscience I can tell his approach and dedication to his student’s development brings a lot of result (ofcourse it also require student’s willingness to push through the limits). I’m Payal Vaid,and I’ve been practicing Yoga since 16 years now. Everything seemed to be awesome till I started my journey towards Ashtanga Vinyasa practice.Though it is a spiritual practice but it needs tremendous amount of strength.
Last year while practicing I tore the rotator cuff of my shoulder.I didn’t bothered about strengthening rather kept on going with it making it worse.Moreover I had a badly injured hamstring too .

Dear Karan,
You are my inspiration, my guiding angel and the person who keeps me going. Four years ago I saw karan at the gym in my vicinity and he caught my eye, he was different from everyone else I ever saw in the gym. He was so smooth with his forms, I asked my trainer who this young lad was, who is super impressive! One day I gathered all the courage and went up to him asking if he can coach my son, to which he said ‘yes’.
Our journey began and we started getting trained under him. He is so punctual that even on his birthday he was right on time. Come winter come rain his punctuality remained the same. I learned punctuality from this little young lad. When people compliment me today for my hard work I know it is not entirely my hard work but it’s his technique which has taken me to places. the skills I always wanted to learn. When I lose patience he always consoles me by saying “ma’am it’s a tough skill and that I will get in no time”.

Karan, thanks is small word. You are magician for sure. Have been training under you since last 6 months. You are teaching in true sense. I am seeing so many differences in my body, movement and yes strength more importantly! I still remember the day I started with you and since then I thank you everyday. I can do skipping in one go to 300-400 which I was not even able to do for 150, running from 2Km with intervals to 5 -6 km without intervals. Hats off Boss!

Karan is a movement master. He’s showing me what my body is capable of. Not only showing – by the exercises which I, under Karan’s guidance, make constant visible progress in – he’s making me believe that I can do actually everything.
